Thomas Eder, head of Nokia's embedded wireless solutions, said the company plans to transform its drones into conventional assistants in public safety and mission-critical operations, focusing on emergency management of critical infrastructure. Nokia will work with universities and industries to jointly develop advanced, efficient and safe drone systems.
