The Longxu section energy expansion and transformation project of the Longxu section of the Longhuang Railway is the main channel project of the Western Land-Sea New Channel. 2,795 contact network pillars are required to be established throughout the line, 211.71 kilometers of contact network conductors are set up, 11 stations of the new dispatching system and centralized signal monitoring system are built, and 150 kilometers of 10kV high-voltage lines are set up.

This evaluation and acceptance was formed by Sichuan Longxuyi Railway Co., Ltd., in conjunction with the power supply department of Chengdu Bureau Group Company, Chengdu Power Supply Section, China Railway Twelve Bureau Group Electrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd. and other relevant experts from many units. The focus was on inspecting key processes such as pillar installation, compensation device installation, bearing wire erection, central anchor joint installation and electrical connection installation of the contact network, and accurately measured key parameters such as contact wire guide height and pull-out value. The acceptance team unanimously agreed that the project contact network professional first-piece project indicators meet the design requirements and acceptance standards, and agreed to pass the first-piece project evaluation and acceptance.

As of now, the beam laying task of the Longxu section of Longhuang Railway has been completed by 81% and the track laying has been completed by 55%. It is expected that the laying task will be completed by the end of July and the "four power" task will be completed and opened to traffic in October to ensure completion and opening to traffic within the year.

The energy expansion and renovation project of the Longxu section of the Longxu section of the Longhuo Railway is the main channel project of the Western Land-Sea New Channel. The line starts from the Chengdu-Chongqing Railway Longchang Station in the north, passes through Longchang City and Luzhou City, crosses the Tuojiang River and the Yangtze River, and reaches the built Xuyong North Station in the south. The project has a total length of 138.6 kilometers, a designed speed of 120 kilometers per hour, and has 11 stations.
