The on-duty personnel of the Traffic Management Center strengthen the collection of early warning information through "one listening, two asking, and three seeing", and promptly release safety warning information through VHF, district broadcast, text messages, and the Yangtze River Bureau's external network to ensure that the warning information is transmitted in place, the on-site situation is grasped, and the supervision measures are implemented in place.
Detailed supervision and strengthen emergency duty. The Traffic Management Center makes full use of one library and one map, intelligent management platform and combines the CCTV monitoring system to keep a close eye on the navigation order of key waters such as bridge areas, cross-driving areas, ferries, anchorages, etc., always pay attention to the navigation dynamics of key ships such as ferries, dangerous goods ships and large tows, and use VHF telephones and other forms to intervene in a timely manner to provide safety reminders;

At 1720 on June 7, the towed fleet "An Horse Tow**" entered the Jiujiang area. The command center immediately notifies the towed fleet to pay close attention to the weather conditions and strengthen the duty after breaking down to prevent the anchor from going off. The fleet was informed that the waters of Chengzi Town and Zhangnan Waterway in Jiujiang section of the Yangtze River had been cancelled, and the ships were on the right and sailed according to the regular route.

Re-inspection and strengthen multi-dimensional supervision. Law enforcement personnel of Jiujiang Maritime Bureau have increased their patrol efforts and inspected key waters such as ferries, docks, anchorages, etc. through "onsite cruise + drone" and other means. Safety warnings were issued to anchored ships and passing ships through multiple channels such as VHF and SMS platforms. The emphasis is on strengthening personnel duty during bad weather to ensure that the anchorage equipment is in a good state and strictly prevent the occurrence of anchorage dangers.
