Tianjin Rail Transit Group and China Enterprise Environmental Equipment Assets Company introduced their work in urban rail resource circulation. At present, the two sides have formed the "Joint Special Team for Rail Transit Resources Recycling" (hereinafter referred to as the "Joint Special Team") and planned a cooperation project to quickly build an industrial equipment reuse network for the "rail technology + resource and environmental platform". The joint special team reported on the project concept and progress, and planned to realize the revitalization and sharing of domestic high-quality urban rail maintenance resources and R&D teams through open cooperation, break through key technologies for reuse and remanufacturing, and realize the two-way empowerment and integrated development of rail transit and resource circulation. While focusing on solving industry problems such as idle spare parts and difficult circulation and high system transformation costs, we will also actively promote rail transit enterprises to become local reuse and remanufacturing centers, gather ecology and expand industries.
The Association stated that my country's urban rail industry has entered the development stage of "construction and operation, and operation-oriented", which coincides with the establishment of China Resource Recycling Group in Tianjin. It is timely that Tianjin Rail will carry out resource recycling related work. It is necessary to coordinate the inclusion of energy conservation and carbon reduction, space utilization, etc. into resource recycling work, systematically establish resource recycling management policies, standards systems, and pricing mechanisms, find the entry points and fit points in the construction of smart urban rail, green urban rail, and integrated urban rail, participate in the application and construction of association demonstration projects, pilot projects, scientific research projects, and science and technology awards, hold the "Urban Rail Transit Resource Recycling Seminar", continuously expand the industry's influence, and build industry consensus.
