Meituan recommends that riders try their best to assist while ensuring their own safety when encountering candidates or parents forgetting to bring their ID or stationery, or because of traffic. For riders who help candidates, Meituan sets up a reward mechanism: Riders who have been praised by candidates, parents and competent departments will be awarded the title of "Pioneer Rider" and will receive a maximum bonus of 2,000 yuan; major helpful deeds will be awarded after being recognized.
In addition, Meituan also considers that the order may be timed out and cancelled due to the college entrance examination closure, helping people to respond to emergency, and escorting students to the college entrance examination. The platform promises that for these situations, riders will make notes or call customer service when making complaints on the App side, and the platform will be exempted from liability.
In order to create a quiet, safe and smooth examination environment for candidates, Meituan also issued an initiative to "transmit warmth and silent escort" to riders. When riders pass by the surrounding areas of the test site, they need to slow down, park properly, avoid whistling and lightening the sound.
