On June 8, under the guidance of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Secretariat and the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the final of the 4th SCO Member Countries Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was successfully held at the Qingdao headquarters of the China-SCO Technology Transfer Center. After layers of strict screening, 18 high-quality projects finally advanced to the finals and started a peak showdown.
The participating projects in this competition have excellent quality, and they are deeply focused on cutting-edge scientific and technological fields such as electronic information, artificial intelligence, chemical engineering, and new materials. The atmosphere at the finals was warm, and representatives of the participating team conducted wonderful roadshows and defenses on the project's core technologies, business models, market prospects and social values. The team from China brought "Research on Clinical Transformation of Multiomic Accurate Screening and Targeted Delivery of Breast Milk Probiotics", which directly hit the key pain points such as fuzzy strain function, low delivery efficiency, and poor efficacy stability in traditional probiotic applications, and successfully achieved technological breakthroughs; the Russian team's "DEWIAR AI" project is committed to developing a question-and-answer solution based on artificial intelligence technology and using unstructured enterprise data to achieve intelligent decision-making; the "OSTEOROZ Nano-Scale Calcium Salt" technology developed by the Mongolian team aims to accurately regulate blood calcium balance, providing new innovative solutions for the field of osteoporosis prevention and control... These projects with innovative, forward-looking and practical value compete on the same stage, fully demonstrating the extraordinary creativity and pioneering spirit of the SCO's national youth generation to stand at the forefront of the times and actively use scientific and technological innovation to overcome regional and global development problems.
It is worth mentioning that the international jury team of this competition is strong, composed of authoritative experts from the National Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan and Belarus, and representatives of domestic top venture capital institutions, universities and institutes and leading enterprises.
