1. 4. From the date of issuance of the notice, no military civilian personnel or other positions shall be recruited, and shall be implemented by the county people's armed forces department.
5. From the date of issuance of the notice, no participation in any military project bidding, bidding, construction, service and other matters shall be implemented by the county people's armed forces department.
6. From the date of issuance of the notice, when handling personal credit, financing, credit cards and other financial services, the record of breach of trust will be used as an important reference basis, and the county finance bureau will be responsible for informing all financial institutions to implement.
7. From the date of issuance of the notice, restrictions will be imposed in accordance with the law and regulations in the qualification certification and employment placement of lawyers, teachers, certified public accountants, tax accountants, insurance agents, securities (funds, futures) practitioners, journalists, etc., and shall be jointly implemented by the County Party Committee Propaganda Department, County Education Bureau, County Justice Bureau, County Finance Bureau, and County Taxation Bureau.
8. From the date of issuance of the notice, no admission or resumption of school shall be allowed within 2 years, and shall be implemented by the county education bureau.
9. From the date of issuance of the notice, staff members who are not recruited as civil servants or managed in accordance with the Civil Servants Law of the People's Republic of China shall not be recruited or hired as staff members of state-owned enterprises or institutions, and shall be jointly implemented by the County Party Committee Organization Department and the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
10. From the date of issuance of the notice, no overseas travel documents shall be processed or overseas for any reason within 2 years. The overseas travel documents that have been processed shall be cancelled by the public security organs in accordance with the law and shall be implemented by the county public security bureau.
