On June 5, the official website of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government issued the "Approval of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government on the Recognition of 11 Industrial Parks including Tongguan County Industrial Parks as Provincial Economic and Technological Development Zones" (Shaanxi Government Letter [2025] No. 54), marking that many industrial parks in Weinan City, Yan'an City, Yulin City, Hanzhong City, Ankang City and Shangluo City have entered a new stage of provincial economic and Technological Development Zones.
In this approval, the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government agreed to the provincial economic and technological development zone certification application for 11 industrial parks including Tongguan County Industrial Park, Huayin Luofu Industrial Park, Huazhou Industrial Park, Yan'an Yanchuan County Industrial Park, Fuxian Industrial Park, Yulin Yuyang Industrial Park, Shenmu Industrial Park, Hanzhong Luyang County Green Circular Economy Industrial Park, Yangxian Green (Organic) Circular Industrial Park, Ankang City Hanbin District Wuli Industrial Concentration Zone, and Shangluo City Zhen'an County Industrial Concentration Zone.
These parks are named Shaanxi Tongguan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shaanxi Huayin Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shaanxi Huazhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shaanxi Yanchuan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shaanxi Fuxian Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shaanxi Yuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shaanxi Shenmu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shaanxi Luoyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shaanxi Yangxian Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shaanxi Hanbin Economic and Technological Development Zone and Shaanxi Zhen'an Economic and Technological Development Zone, and will enjoy relevant policies of provincial economic and Technological Development Zone.
It is reported that the leading industries of Tongguan Economic and Technological Development Zone include non-ferrous metal processing, resource recycling and specialty food processing; Huayin Economic and Technological Development Zone is dominated by new materials for medicine, health, environmental protection and advanced manufacturing; Huazhou Economic and Technological Development Zone focuses on the utilization of fine chemicals, new materials and renewable resources; Yanchuan Economic and Technological Development Zone is committed to high-end energy and chemical, clean energy and characteristic agricultural products processing; Fuxian Economic and Technological Development Zone’s leading industries are modern chemicals and new electricity Lihe high-quality agricultural products processing; Yuyang Economic Development Zone focuses on modern coal chemical industry, new materials and textile industry; Shenmu Economic Development Zone focuses on intelligent equipment manufacturing and new recycling materials; Lueyang Economic Development Zone focuses on new materials and green food and medicine; Yangxian Economic Development Zone focuses on organic food manufacturing, new materials and high-end equipment manufacturing; Hanbin Economic Development Zone's leading industries are selenium-rich food manufacturing, textile, clothing and clothing and new materials; Zhen'an Economic Development Zone focuses on new materials and green organic food.
