On June 6, 2025, the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Huangpi District, Wuhan City issued a pre-approval announcement on the planning plan for Dahua Intelligent Equipment (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. Industrial Project (Dahua Electrical Automation Intelligent Control Equipment Production Base), as shown below.
The industrial project proposed by Dahua Intelligent Equipment (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (Dahua Electrical Automation Intelligent Control Equipment Production Base) is located north of Xinshi Highway, Yikou Street, Huangpi District and west of Chuangye Road, with a land area of 19,961.56㎡. The total construction area is 34,636.50㎡, the total construction area is 33,986.18 square meters, the total construction area is 650.32 square meters, the floor area ratio is 1.7, the building density is 48.62%, the green space rate is 10.05%, and the building floors are 1, 5 and 9 floors.
