
According to multiple Thai media, on June 7, Lieutenant General Bensing, Commander of the Second Military Region of the Thai Army, formally signed an order to order all types of Thai-Cambodia border ports within the jurisdiction of the Army Suranaree border force to open and close control in appropriate ways and conditions or at necessary and appropriate times to ensure the safety of the people.

For this order, the Suranaree border troops have the right to order the opening or closing of all types of border ports within their jurisdiction, including prohibiting the entry and exit of personnel or vehicles, prohibiting the import and export of goods, consumer goods and various weapons, and the right to shorten the entry and exit time, etc.; mainly include two Ubon Ratchathani Prefecture (Nanyun County and Bangua County), one Siseju Prefecture Puxing County, and one Sulin Prefecture Jiachun County. At the same time, it is particularly emphasized that when Cambodia's additional large number of reinforcements affect the safety of people's lives and property, electricity sales will be stopped and border crossings will be closed when border conflicts occur.

At the same time, Major General Benjiepo, commander of the Burapa Border Force of the First Military Region of the Thai Army, also sent an emergency letter to the prefect of the Shakafu Prefecture on the same day, issuing a notice requiring measures to be taken to control permanent border crossings and trade facilitation points in the Shakafu Prefecture-Thai-Cambodia border area, and attached guidelines of the Army and related security agencies. It stated that the First and Second Military Regions of the Thai Army have the right to be responsible for the control of all types of border crossings on the Thai-Cambodia border in accordance with the specific circumstances.

In the above notice statement, it is required to shorten the opening hours of Ban Khlong luek permanent border crossing point in Yalan County, Shakafu Province, Thailand-Cambodia Friendship Bridge Port, Ban Khao Din permanent border crossing point in Kongha County, and Ban Ta Phraya trade point in Dapaye County, prohibit Thai citizens from transit gambling and travel, shorten the visa stay time for Cambodian incoming merchants, restrict the passage of large vehicles with 6 rounds or more, and require strict implementation until a change notice is issued.
