1. According to Japanese media reports, on the evening of June 6, a Chinese tourist was attacked by a knife by a strange man in Shimokyo District, Kyoto, Japan. The murderer is currently on the run. The Consulate General in Osaka contacted and comforted me as soon as possible and expressed concern to the Japanese police, and asked the Japanese side to arrest the suspect as soon as possible and severely punish the murderer.
2. The Chinese Embassy in Japan reminds Chinese citizens in Japan, especially tourists coming to Japan, to strengthen safety precautions.
(I) Enhance safety awareness. Pay close attention to the local social security situation, investigate the recent occurrence of vicious cases, and avoid going to areas with complex personnel and chaotic security.
