Aid agencies warn that more than 2 million residents in the Gaza Strip are at risk of famine.
In November last year, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Joaf Galant on the grounds of war crimes and crimes against humanity. In addition, Israel faces genocide charges from the International Court of Justice for war crimes committed against civilians in Gaza.
