Hebei Daily Client (Reporter Cao Zheng) On June 9, the final of the second Xiongan Future City Scene Collection Series Competition officially kicked off in Xiongan New Area, and the Future City Market Scene Experience Week activities were launched simultaneously.
From now to June 29, the finals of 11 major competitions including smart agriculture, aerospace information, robots, financial technology, vertical big models, medical and health, green and low-carbon, network security, intelligent networking, security emergency response, and low-altitude transportation will be held in Xiong'an Future City Scene Hui Science and Technology Innovation Park in turn, with the entire schedule of 21 days. During the finals, dozens of industrial, scenario, capital docking and other activities will be held. Teams of participating enterprises from all over the country can not only cross-border integration with cutting-edge technologies in different fields, but also exchange and cooperate with demand units, investment institutions, etc. to jointly open up new fields and new tracks.
Creating a future city scene gathering in Xiong'an is an innovative and exploratory reform deployment made by the provincial party committee and government to better undertake the relocation of Beijing's non-capital functions, build a close docking platform for science and technology, industry, finance and scenarios, and promote the incubation, transformation and industrialization of advanced technologies throughout the province. The first scene gathering event successfully held in 2024 has achieved remarkable results - a total of 100 scene projects were launched, of which 74 have begun to be implemented. Many of the 377 award-winning works have been put in Xiong'an, and even went to the whole province and the whole country.
The second scene collection continues to be based on the theme of "Converging future technologies, gathering future industries, and building future scenarios". Since its launch in December 2024, various preparatory work has been organized with higher standards. Based on the first successful experience, the competition organizer has been upgraded in all aspects. By connecting with the resources of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Management and other national ministries and commissions, a group of academicians and experts were invited to participate in guidance, and more than a dozen national industry organizations were supported. The innovation level and professional level of the series of competitions have been significantly improved. The organizing committee held dozens of promotional conferences in innovation highlands such as Beijing, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou, attracting innovative entities including many leading industry enterprises to actively participate, forming an innovation matrix covering cutting-edge fields such as aerospace information, intelligent networking, and medical and health care. In terms of policy support system optimization, the second Scene Hui specially established Xiong'an Future City Scene Hui Comprehensive Service Company, focusing on the service Scene Hui series competitions, innovative achievements display and transactions, technology incubation and transformation, scene design and creation, financial service docking, etc., and use market-oriented and professional scientific and technological innovation services to help Xiong'an Future City Scene Hui sustainable development. At the same time, relevant provincial departments, Xiong'an New Area and various cities actively promote the tilt of policies, funds, projects, scenarios and other resources towards scenarios. Xiongan New Area has issued the "Several Measures on Promoting the Transformation and Implementation of the Future City Scenarios and Supporting the High-Quality Development of Innovation Carriers" and its implementation rules, building a guarantee system of "can be come, retained, and developed well", and has set up an industrial investment fund with a scale of about 200 million yuan in the first phase to form a three-in-one support system of "policy + capital + scenario".
Through a series of measures, Xiong'an Future City Scene Collection has fully demonstrated its role as a comprehensive platform for closely connecting technology, industry, finance and scenarios. According to statistics, this competition attracted more than 2,700 corporate teams from 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country to participate in the competition with more than 3,400 works. After the preliminary review, a total of 1,191 works of 981 corporate teams advanced to the finals, and more than 500 advanced technologies, product equipment, and more than 100 new scenarios participated in the exhibition. Up to now, more than 200 corporate teams have been implemented or intended to be implemented, and a number of demonstration application scenarios have been started to be created, and the influence and attractiveness of Scene Collection has been continuously enhanced.
"Series of competition + scene experience" is the distinctive feature of scene collection. During the second scene final, the visual and sensible future city scene experience week was held for the first time, and a platform for displaying and trading of entries was built to open up a channel for new technologies to quickly enter the market. Located on the second floor of Xiong'an Future City Scene Hui Science and Technology Innovation Park, it has a permanent exhibition area of 2,300 square meters and a temporary exhibition area of 1,500 square meters. It has 11 experience areas including aerospace information, green and low-carbon, medical and health care, and low-altitude technology applications, and displays about 500 innovative technologies with more than 100 scenarios as the main line. After the experience week, excellent works will be included in the regular exhibition area for normal display. Xiong'an Future City Scene Hui Science and Technology Innovation Park exhibits dozens of large-scale intelligent agricultural machinery, safety emergency equipment, and large drones outdoors. At the same time, Beidou underground positioning navigation, civil defense management, robot collaborative service, low-altitude + urban management and other on-site experience scenarios are also set up in the underground space of the Science and Technology Innovation Park and Jinhu Park.
