As the ground support unit of various airlines under HNA Aviation Group at Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, on the first day of the transfer, Changan Airlines guaranteed 104 flights in and out of the 10 airlines under HNA Aviation Group and more than 15,000 passengers in and out of the port in the T3 terminal. Since the start of the rotation work, under the guidance of the Northwest Civil Aviation Administration of Civil Aviation and Shaanxi Supervision Bureau, Changan Airlines has worked closely with Xi'an Xianyang International Airport to immediately establish a special support work leading group with the chairman as the commander-in-chief and the president as the group leader. In order to ensure the safe and orderly transition and improve passenger travel experience, Changan Airlines has established a dynamic risk assessment and closed-loop control mechanism, implemented key prevention and control in key areas and high-risk links such as terminal operation, flight control, equipment adaptation, personnel qualifications, etc., deeply studied and judged regional characteristics and key risks such as taxi route changes and special flight position use, clarified the key points of the flight crew operation, and focused on the layout of the check-in counter to the luggage check-in process, from the guidance signs of the waiting area to special passenger service facilities, carried out multiple rounds of testing and procedure optimization, covering check-in processing, special passenger services, luggage equipment operation, refined transfer of over-regulated luggage, security inspection and fire protection, and special situation handling, effectively improving the business proficiency and coordination capabilities of front-line personnel in the new operating environment.
As the transition to terminal T3, the bridge-to-bridge rate of Changan Airlines flight bridge will be significantly improved, effectively shortening the walking distance for passengers to get on and off the plane, and reducing the frequency of shuttle bus use, which not only improves passengers' travel experience, but also reduces the energy consumption of ground vehicles. Business class passengers and Jinpeng VIP members can go to the N check-in area (N21-N23 counters). VIP passengers can go to the third floor V38 VIP lounge opposite the H30 boarding gate after completing security checks; check-in and luggage check-in deadlines are 35 minutes before the flight is scheduled to take off.
