The report pointed out that this is Yoon Seok-yeol's first appearance in court since the 21st presidential election. Faced with reporters' questions about how to view the election results and the passage of the "Kim Kyn-hee's Independent Procuratorate Law", Yoon Seo-yeol did not respond and went straight to the court.
It is reported that the trial continued to be summoned to the former brigade command of the 1st Airborne Brigade of the Army Special Operations Command (brigade general) Lee Sang-hyun (sound) appeared in court to testify.
Lee Sang-hyun confirmed in the fifth trial on May 26 that on December 3, 2024, on the day Yoon Seok-yeol issued emergency martial law, the then commander of the Special Forces, Guo Zonggen, had conveyed to him that "the president ordered that even if the door was smashed, he would pull out the members of Congress."
