Putin doesn't take action, he will be big if he takes action. The bodies of more than 6,000 dead people in Ukraine have been transported by Russia to the exchange area of Russia-Ukraine.
Zelensky chose to avoid it. Where should the bodies of these soldiers in the Ukrainian side go?

Russian cars to reach the exchange area
After the second round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine ended in Turkey, Russia and Ukraine reached a consensus on exchanging seriously injured soldiers with each other and exchanging at least 1,000 captured soldiers under 25 years old.
And out of humanitarianism, Russia also announced that it would hand over at least 6,000 Ukrainian soldiers' bodies to Ukraine.
But on June 8, the first car carrying 1,212 bodies of Ukrainian soldiers arrived at the exchange area.
Ukraine did not immediately come forward to take over the bodies of these dead soldiers, and even its negotiation team has not arrived at the agreed exchange location so far. Moreover, according to the signals released by Ukraine, there are signs of delaying the transfer of the body to next week.
It is obvious that the return of the dead body to the motherland is a solemn and humane concern, but why did Zelensky look like he is facing a great enemy and even avoid it directly?

Second round of Russian-Ukrainian negotiations
The main reasons are as follows:
The first point is that Ukraine cannot now provide so much money to pay the huge pensions of the families of the dead soldiers.
As of June, the standard for pension for Ukrainian soldiers was 15 million hryvnia, equivalent to about 2.8 million yuan. If Kiev takes over the remains of nearly 6,000 dead soldiers at one time, the Ukrainian government will directly face the embarrassment of "bankruptcy". Moreover, Russia and Ukraine have been fighting for more than three years. With the huge military expenses consumed, Ukraine cannot afford so much money to pay the pensions of the dead soldiers.
The second point is about the influence of domestic public opinion. After all, if so many soldiers who died in battle are transported back to Ukraine, the people in Ukraine will inevitably be dissatisfied with the Zelensky government.
Because it is not just a few dozen people, but nearly 6,000 Ukrainian families will face breaking. Therefore, after taking back the bodies of these dead soldiers, the public opinion of the people in Ukraine to attack the Zelensky government will usher in an unprecedented situation.

Ukraine
The third and most important point. That is, the current Russian military strike against Ukraine, Ukraine can no longer be affected by other factors.
Putin has been completely angered by Zelensky's previous "spider-web" operation on Russia and the attack on the Crimean Bridge in Russia. So now Putin's retaliation against Ukraine has had a huge impact on Ukraine's military equipment.
At this critical moment, if a large number of bodies are transported back to Ukraine. Then the Ukrainian soldiers who were already tired and disappointed by more than three years of war will be greatly hit and lose their morale.
After the war with Russia, Ukraine will face a situation of losing without a fight.

Russia-Ukraine relations
So based on the above three points, Russia's move can be said to have forced Zelensky into a "desperate situation" in a dilemma.
But even if Ukraine can be delayed for a while, it cannot be delayed for a lifetime.
Under the attack of international public opinion, Zelensky had to take these dead bodies back to Ukraine and put them in good condition.
The Ukrainian domestic economy will inevitably be hit hard again. The most important thing is that the people in Ukrainian will be disappointed with the Zelensky government, which will affect the prestige of the Zelensky government in the country.

Ukrainian President Zelensky
All this happens to be what Putin wants to see. After Ukraine launches a raid on Russia, Zelensky should also be prepared for the situation of being counterattacked by Putin.
But what he never expected was that Russia not only launched a military strike against Ukraine, but also directly poked Zelensky's pain point.
