According to Reuters on the 9th, NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutt will speak in London on Monday, calling on NATO to achieve a 400% improvement in air defense and missile defense capabilities.

Rute is pushing member states to increase defense spending to 3.5% of GDP and use an additional 1.5% of GDP to broader security-related spending in response to the "5% target" requirement put forward by U.S. President Trump. He said last month that the target is expected to reach a consensus at the summit held from June 24 to 25.
