On June 9, a special meeting of the provincial government was held in Haikou to study Hainan's low-altitude economic development.
Governor Liu Xiaoming presided over the meeting.
Bater, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor, and Fu Xuanchao, Secretary-General of the Provincial Government, attended the meeting.
