
Li Zaiming took office and signed the first order
At around 11 a.m. local time on June 4, Li Zaiming was officially sworn in at the South Korean parliament. After taking office, he issued this executive order, emphasizing that the need to issue supplementary budgets as quickly as possible, alleviate the dilemma of domestic demand and revitalize the export engine. He also asked the Ministry of Planning and Finance to come up with a plan to deal with the US tariff war within three days and complete a 30 trillion won (about 158 billion yuan) livelihood funds allocation plan within two weeks.
