The Japanese Institute of the Academy of Social Sciences held a study (expanded) meeting of the Party Committee Theoretical Study Center Group
The meeting was chaired by Yan Kun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Japan Research Institute. Yang Bojiang, director of the institute and deputy secretary of the Party Committee, and Lu Yaodong, deputy director, made key speeches. Director Yang Bojiang said that the profound impact of technological competition or even directly determines the results and direction of international competition, especially the game between major powers. "The great change that has not been seen in a century" is first of all, a change in the scope of power transfer, no longer a "strike" within the great powers and traditional developed countries; secondly, a change in the path of power transfer, and a peaceful transition begins to be possible; finally, a change in the factors that determine the change, one is more diverse, and the other is the unprecedented increase in the proportion of technology. Lu Yaodong said that looking back on the century-old history of the Communist Party of China, our party, on the basis of always adhering to the purpose of serving the people, has continuously carried out theoretical exploration and practical innovation, forming a fine tradition that is consistent and keeps pace with the times. The Party’s style of work must be carried out in time and not completed in time. We must persevere and persevere in order to continuously innovate and develop in practice. Specifically, how to better cultivate one's party spirit, first, we must have firm ideals and beliefs, second, we must handle public and private relationships well, and third, we must implement our ideals and beliefs in the work of the scientific research center. In his concluding speech, Secretary Yan Kun said that Director Yang Bojiang and Deputy Director Lu Yaodong carefully prepared and played a good leading and exemplary role in the study of the central group. The Party Central Committee made major decisions and arrangements to carry out in-depth study and education on the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations throughout the Party, which fully demonstrates our Party’s high attention to style construction and its clear attitude towards grasping style issues to the end.
