On June 5, the Sichuan Province "Luzhou Environmental Protection Clinic" service platform was officially launched. Enterprises can log in through the mobile web page and consult environmental issues online and make appointments for physical examination services.

""In the past, enterprises may have had pain points such as dispersed channels and lagging responses when consulting environmental issues." Zhang Siyuan, a staff member of the Luzhou Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment of Ecological and Environmental Protection, believes that the launch of the platform will solve this problem. This environmental protection problem diagnosis and treatment platform organized and developed by the Luzhou Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau will use AI technology intelligent answers and platform one-stop service to "take the pulse in the cloud" for enterprises, helping enterprises to promptly solve environmental problems, check environmental hazards, and promote the improvement of quality and efficiency of ecological and environmental services.

The platform not only has the "consultation window" function, but also has the "physical examination appointment" service. Enterprises can make independent online appointments for environmental protection physical examination services such as environmental management, environmental assessment approval, pollutant discharge permit, and environmental emergency management. "Luzhou Environmental Protection Doctor" will conduct health physical examinations for enterprises.

In response to complex and difficult problems and environmental governance optimization and upgrading, the platform will also provide expert consultation services. Enterprises can make appointments for experts for in-depth consultation and diagnosis and treatment, providing enterprises with more authoritative diagnosis and solutions.
