Our city will apply in two batches, with the deadlines being August 8 and September 30 respectively.
According to the notice of the Xiamen High-tech Enterprise Certification Management Agency, enterprises that have not yet obtained the national high-tech enterprise qualification or have failed the national high-tech enterprise qualification, enterprises that have passed the national high-tech enterprise certification in 2022 and should be re-identified in 2025 can participate in the application.
It is understood that the first batch of applicants are enterprises that should be re-identified when the national high-level enterprise certificate qualification expires this year and other enterprises that meet the national high-level enterprise certification conditions; the second batch of applicants are enterprises that meet the national high-level enterprise certification conditions and have not participated in the first batch of applications.
Enterprises who intend to apply can log in to the national "High-tech Enterprise Certification Management Network" to apply. It is reported that recognized national-level high-level enterprises can enjoy a series of tax preferential policies including reducing the preferential tax rate of 15%.
In addition, national-level high-tech enterprises can enjoy financial rewards at the municipal and district levels: for enterprises that have passed the national-level high-tech enterprises, a reward of 100,000 yuan will be given; for enterprises that have declared the total amount of research and development expenses of more than 2 million yuan (inclusive) in the previous year, and if the national-level high-tech enterprises are certified, a reward of 100,000 yuan will be given on the basis of the above policies. Each district also has supporting reward policies.
A enterprise whose taxable place is within the scope of the Science City planning has an annual operating income of RMB 5 million or more and is recognized as a national-level high-level enterprise for the first time, the operating reward will be given at 1% of the company's annual operating income during the three-year validity period, and each enterprise will not exceed RMB 2 million per year.
National-level high-level enterprises can also enjoy preferential policies such as applying for municipal science and technology projects, government procurement bidding, undertaking subsidies for major scientific and technological projects, and the children of backbone talents to attend Xiamen High-tech Schools.
