He has served as deputy secretary and general manager of the Party Committee of Hunan Construction Engineering Group, deputy secretary and mayor of Hengyang Municipal Party Committee, secretary and director of the Party Group of Hunan Provincial Department of Transportation, secretary and director of the Party Group of the Provincial Department of Natural Resources, secretary and director of the Party Group of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and director of the Office of the Provincial Party Committee Finance and Economics Committee.
