On June 5, the Tianjin Internet Society Federation and the Tianjin Internet Association jointly held a Tianjin Artificial Intelligence Generation Content Technology Application Innovation Seminar, inviting entrepreneurs from both supply and demand sides and experts and scholars from think tanks to talk about AIGC serving Tianjin's high-quality development around the theme of "Smart Reach Tianjin and Empower the Future".

Everyone agrees that in 2025, artificial intelligence is moving from a technological explosion period to a mature application period. Tianjin has advantages such as location, port, science and education talents, industries, urban and rural space resources, providing rich scenarios and broad tracks for the application of artificial intelligence technology. Artificial intelligence-generated content is reshaping the content production method, and we must create opportunities for win-win cooperation and help thousands of industries upgrade their intelligence.
The participants shared the research and application results of AIGC technology from the aspects of intelligent media content review platform, AIGC reshaping the network security offensive and defense pattern, the large-scale implementation model of e-commerce platform AI, the enterprise overseas service platform based on AI technology, the construction of virtual experimental scenarios and immersive teaching practices, AI agents empowering grassroots medical care, and the innovative practice of AIGC applying to government services.
We conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on topics of common concern such as AIGC hallucination rate, positive content guidance, and uncontrollable risks. We put forward countermeasures and suggestions on human-machine co-governance to meet challenges, promote the dissemination of high-quality content, improve AI development and governance legislation, build a technology + ethics + collaborative network defense ecosystem, and build an AI application innovation center.
