On June 3, a female netizen posted on a social platform that when she was staying in an Atour Hotel in Hangzhou, she found that the pillowcase had the logo logo of a local hospital printed on it, which was "hospital pillowcase". In response to this matter, late at night on the 3rd, Atho's hotel involved issued an apology:
We sincerely apologize to the guests and all friends who care about Yaduo for the pillowcase labeling issues reported by the guests! After strict verification, it was confirmed that the root cause of the problem was that the washing supplier we purchased in our store had a serious work error, and we have suspended our cooperation with this washing supplier. A 100% comprehensive inspection of linens in all rooms was confirmed to confirm that no similar situations were found.
We solemnly apologized to the customer and provided the washing factory qualification documents and linen testing certificates as soon as possible, and were fortunate to obtain the customer's understanding. We know that this cannot cover up our omissions in the rounds. We have brought bad experiences to our customers and violated the operation and management regulations of the headquarters. We have deeply reflected on our thoughts and will continue to strengthen the linen acceptance standards and resolutely implement the inspection requirements of "employee self-inspection, store manager review, and quality inspection and random inspection".
