Public information shows that Zhang Chuanjiang was born in 1968 and is from Jingmen, Hubei. He graduated from Daqing Petroleum College in 1990. Zhang Chuanjiang is a master's degree in engineering and professor-level senior engineer, and has been engaged in production and technical management in the fields of petroleum and coal chemical industry for a long time.
Zhang Chuanjiang has worked in the State Energy Group, China Shenhua Coal-to-Oil Chemical Co., Ltd., Jingmen Petrochemical General Plant and other companies. At China Shenhua Coal-to-Oil Chemical Co., Ltd., Zhang Chuanjiang served as the "top leader" for the first time, as the chairman and secretary of the company's party committee. In 2017, China Guodian Group Corporation and Shenhua Group Co., Ltd. were merged and reorganized into the State Energy Group. Zhang Chuanjiang was once an assistant to the general manager of the State Energy Group.
