According to local media reports, hundreds of workers gathered together on the Day of Eid al-Adha and participated in the celebration, winning generous prizes, including cars and air tickets.
The theme of the event is "Eid with Our Workers: Joy and Happiness" organized by the UAE Ministry of Human Resources (MoHRE) in 10 locations across the country.
It is reported that the event venues include Jebel Ali in Dubai, Al Quoz and Muhaisnah Workers' Courtyards, Mussafah and Hameem Workers' City in Abu Dhabi, and Al The industrial zones of Sajaa, Ajman and Umgewan, RAKE in Rashema and Al Hail industrial zones of Fujairah.
