On the morning of May 31, Sun Lingbo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Haihua Group, led a team to go to the front lines of the Thermal Power Branch, Soda Ash Factory, Baking Soda Factory New Line and other front lines to supervise and inspect the overhaul, duty, safety production and project construction, and condolences to cadres and employees, emphasizing that we must "have a sense of responsibility at all times" to grasp all work in safety production to ensure the sustained and stable production safety production situation. In the Thermal Power Branch, Sun Lingbo went to the overhaul site of the 35KV switch cabinet, the cleaning site of the 35KV cable tunnel, the overhaul site of the Unit No. 7, the power protection and renovation site of the third phase factory, and the main control room of the operation department, listened to the reports of the relevant person in charge, and learned in detail about the progress of the maintenance work. He stressed that production safety must not be slack, and we must think of risks first, fill in loopholes first, and prepare for them first. We must focus on high-risk links such as fire operation and confined space, strictly implement the requirements of "three checks, six in place, and eight guarantees", and strengthen supervision throughout the process. We must strictly control the quality of overhaul, firmly establish quality awareness, strictly implement the acceptance system, adhere to high standards, strict requirements, and strive for excellence, and ensure that overhaul projects meet the specifications.

At the soda ash plant, Sun Lingbo obtained a report from the relevant person in charge on the safety work during the holidays, and inspected the on-site inspection of the duty and the mastery of the emergency response process of the post personnel. He pointed out that it is currently a critical period of overhaul, and managers at all levels must strictly implement the 24-hour on-duty duty system. The on-duty personnel must stick to their posts and perform their duties to ensure that "personnel are on duty, responsibilities are attentive, and measures are in place." Sun Lingbo emphasized that the more holidays are, the more we must tighten the string of safety production. Always maintain a sense of responsibility of "no mistakes and no mistakes", strictly implement various safety management regulations, do not miss any details, do not neglect any link, and resolutely maintain the "absolute safety" production bottom line.

At the construction site of the newly built 200,000 tons/year baking soda project, Sun Lingbo listened to reports on the project progress, quality control, safety construction control, etc., and asked about relevant details of the project. Regarding the next step of work, Sun Lingbo demanded that, first, we must strengthen safety construction management, strictly follow safety construction standards, firmly establish the concept of "hidden dangers are accidents", promptly discover and rectify problems, resolutely leave no hidden dangers, and eliminate safety risks from the source. Second, we must speed up the progress of project construction, adhere to goal-oriented and result-oriented approaches, and scientifically arrange construction plans on the premise of ensuring safety and quality, seize the golden construction period, and ensure that the project is efficiently promoted according to the established time nodes.

In the process of going deep into the front line, Sun Lingbo made a special trip to Yang Yanying, "Weifang City Model Worker" and his maintenance team to have a cordial conversation with everyone.
