According to the announcement, from January to May 2025, Zhongliang Holdings' cumulative contract sales amount reached about 5.37 billion yuan, the cumulative contract sales area was about 501,000 square meters, and the average contract sales price was about 10,700 yuan/square meter.
Specifically by May, the contract sales amount was about 1.02 billion yuan, the contract sales area was about 103,000 square meters, and the average contract sales price was about 9,900 yuan/square meter.
