On June 6, the first middle-section component of the prefabricated pier of the Xiamen Bridge (Xiamen Section) project completed the discharge and lifting operation.
The first mid-segment component of the entire line shipped this time is 18.18 meters high, 11 meters long, 5.5 meters wide and 558.9 tons. During the operation, the project team set up a reinforced concrete platform to further improve the self-stabilization ability of components, and at the same time conduct ship stability accounting to ensure that the components are efficiently and stably transported to the construction waters to complete the lifting operation.
The Xiamen Bridge (Xiamen Section) project is a key project in Fujian Province. After the project is completed, it will become the most convenient channel between Xiamen's island and Xiang'an Airport. It is of great significance to improve the Xiamen urban transportation road network, promote regional economic development, and promote the construction of a new national logistics channel for "strong transportation country" and "Belt and Road".
