According to the reorganization plan, the chief economic secretary of the Presidential Office was renamed the "Chief Secretary of Economic Growth", and was appointed by Professor Ha Junji of Hanyang University. The chief secretary of society is Wen Zhenrong, a professor at Xijiang University.
