On June 5, Jiang Bo, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Provincial Postal Administration, came to Siyang to investigate the construction of rural delivery logistics system. Jiang Bo went to Likou Town Jiaoye Station, Lingmeng Village Party and Mass Service Center Express Service Point, Nongli Renjia Express Direct Investment Point, Zhongtong Processing Place, Baji Unmanned Station and other places to learn more about the operation status, investment scale and next plan of each station (point).
The research team fully affirmed Siyang's express village entry plan that combines "postal + express", direct express delivery, and unmanned post station pickup according to local conditions based on the construction of the original three-level logistics system of "county, township and village" and other express delivery plans. During the investigation, Jiang Bo hoped that Siyang County would continue to make efforts in the construction of the "county, rural and rural" delivery logistics system, accelerate the promotion of the "express delivery into villages" project, and open up the "last mile" of rural delivery services. We must actively practice the concept of green development, promote the use of environmentally friendly packaging materials, and improve the recycling rate of express packaging. We must always keep the industry's security string tight and build a solid line of security defense for delivery channels. We must actively explore new paths for the construction of basic urban and rural facilities, accelerate the promotion of the application of intelligent facilities such as unmanned stations, further promote the implementation of new delivery methods such as drones and unmanned vehicles, and improve the efficiency and service quality of terminal distribution. At the same time, we must deepen the integrated development model of "express delivery +", give full play to the important role of the postal express delivery industry in serving local manufacturing and agricultural development, and empower rural revitalization and high-quality development of the local economy.
