On June 9, at the construction site of the Dongyu River Super Bridge project on the Jishang Expressway, construction workers were carrying out basket hanging hoisting operations in an orderly manner.
It is understood that the Jishang Expressway (Heze Section) route is 31.45 kilometers long and is built using the standard of a two-way six-lane expressway with a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour. The Dongyuhe Super Bridge under construction is 1,301 meters long and has a bridge width of 2×16.5 meters. The main bridge is 574 meters long and is a 77+140×3+77 meters variable cross-section prestressed concrete continuous box girder. It is the largest prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge in the project and is constructed with hanging baskets. At present, the left side of the bridge has been closed, and the construction of the right side of the bridge is underway. It is expected that the entire bridge will be closed in July.
