On the morning of June 9, Hu Zhi and Liu Shaoxuan, agricultural insurance specialists of Changning Branch of China Life Property Insurance Co., Ltd., and his party went to Changning Finance Bureau to have in-depth exchanges with the European Financial Section of the Finance Bureau on the allocation and use of agricultural insurance funds, and discussed the direction of national agricultural insurance policy support.

1. Allocated financial funds
The two sides communicated on the allocation progress, use efficiency and supervision of policy-based agricultural insurance financial subsidy funds in 2024-2025. Hu Zhi introduced in detail the current implementation of agricultural insurance underwriting, claims and financial funds, and put forward optimization suggestions on the problem of lagging allocation of funds in some townships.
2. Support direction of agricultural insurance policy
European stock director introduced the latest support policies of the central and local governments for agricultural insurance, including adjustment of premium subsidy ratios, pilot promotion of specialty agricultural product insurance, etc. The two sides discussed how to optimize insurance product design and improve the efficiency of fiscal funds in combination with the agricultural characteristics of Changning City (such as oil tea, rice, pigs and other leading industries).
3. Optimization of government-enterprise collaboration mechanism
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural insurance services, the two sides discussed the possibility of establishing a regular communication mechanism to ensure that fiscal funds are in place in a timely manner, and strengthen data sharing to accurately match farmers' needs. In addition, opinions were exchanged on how to use financial technology means (such as big data, remote sensing monitoring) to improve underwriting and loss-fixing efficiency.

Changning Branch of China Life Property Insurance stated that it will actively cooperate with the Finance Bureau to implement agricultural insurance policies, optimize the fund application process, and ensure that the policies to benefit farmers are accurately implemented. The Finance Bureau also stated that it will speed up the review and allocation of funds and support insurance institutions to innovate agricultural insurance models to help rural revitalization. The talks further strengthened government-enterprise cooperation and provided strong support for the high-quality development of agricultural insurance in Changning.
