2025 has entered June, and there is only the last golden period for the year's tourism season - the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday. Before this, Wansuishan Martial Arts City had shown strong operating momentum during the four major holidays of the Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, May Day and Dragon Boat Festival, and delivered a brilliant report card:The four holidays totaled 18 days, achieving operating income of approximately 199.5 million yuan and an average daily income of approximately 11.08 million yuan.
From the performance of each holiday (the data sources are consistent), the Spring Festival has the most outstanding money-making ability, with an average daily revenue of about 12.42 million yuan. The May Day and Qingming Festival performed steadily, with average daily revenues of approximately RMB 11.4 million and RMB 11.16 million respectively. The average daily income of the Dragon Boat Festival is 7.33 million yuan.
Compared with 2024, during this year's Dragon Boat Festival, the number of tourists in Wansuishan Martial Arts City soared from 97,000 in the same period last year to 289,000, an increase of nearly 200%. Based on this significant trend of customer flow growth, it can be foreseen that in the following National Day Golden Week, Wansuishan Martial Arts City's passenger flow is very likely to hit a new high, and the total revenue in a single holiday will exceed the 100 million yuan mark. If the revenue of the National Day holiday successfully exceeds 100 million yuan, it means that the total revenue of Wansuishan Martial Arts City in 2025 will reach about 300 million yuan in just five major holidays (Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, May Day, Dragon Boat Festival, and National Day) will reach about 300 million yuan.
In other words, the revenue betting agreement signed by Wansuishan Martial Arts City at the beginning of 2025 (need to double from the 550 million yuan in 2024 to at least 1.1 billion yuan) is sure to win. If the National Day breaks through 100 million, it will take only 26 days (about 5% of the whole year), which means that more than 27% of the annual target of 1.1 billion has been locked (more than one quarter) of the annual target. For the remaining (about 339 days) regular operating days (including weekends), only about 800 million yuan of revenue is needed. Converted, the average daily revenue needs to reach about 2.36 million yuan to achieve the goal.
This average daily requirement of 2.36 million yuan is not only far lower than the overall daily average of the holidays that have been achieved (11.08 million yuan), but is even significantly lower than the relatively weakest performance of the Dragon Boat Festival (7.33 million yuan), and is only about one-third of the daily average of the Dragon Boat Festival. Considering that this year's Wansuishan Martial Arts City can be described as daily off-season, the pressure to achieve this daily average target is relatively small.
