Not only is Feicheng Urban Investment Holding Group, according to industrial and commercial information, on May 28, the legal representative of Feicheng Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. has also been changed to Li Hang.
Data shows that Feicheng Urban Investment Holding Group and Feicheng Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. are both wholly owned state-owned enterprises in Feicheng and are wholly owned by Feicheng State-owned Assets Operation Center.
Feicheng Urban Investment Holding Group was established in May 2013 with a registered capital of 5 billion yuan. The company's main business includes engaging in investment activities, asset management services, building materials sales, land rectification services, enterprise management consulting, etc. with its own funds.
Feicheng Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. was established in March 2021, and was formerly the Municipal Urban Investment Company established in January 2011. The group has a registered capital of 3 billion yuan, and its business has developed from a single land reclamation to six core businesses, including comprehensive land remediation, resource development and utilization, municipal engineering construction, park construction and operation, industrial investment services, and thermal supply.
