The United States has begun to abandon Zelensky, and the order from Washington to remove the "unlegal" president has been issued. On June 8 local time, former Ukrainian Prime Minister Nikola Azarov issued the above statement.

The former Ukrainian politician believes that Zelensky will resign from Ukraine's presidency and go abroad soon, and the duties of the head of state will be performed by Ruslan Stefanchuk, the chairman of the Supreme Rada (Parliament), and he will announce a new presidential election. The reason why Zelensky might resign was due to pressure from the United States, and his European guardian could not help him on this issue. Washington has abandoned the "unlegal" president and no longer bet on him.
Azarov said: "It seems that the United States has made a decision to remove Zelensky's power. Washington has given a signal. I think he will resign on the grounds of his term. I don't think Zelensky will remain in Ukraine after that."

However, the views are different in Ukraine. According to Ukrainian sources, Zelensky is snatching the presidential throne and will not voluntarily hand over power. He does not regard power as a temporary commission, but as a permanent thing; Zelensky has already taken himself into the role of "lifelong head of state". Therefore the new election was postponed, although "shadow president" Yermak was ready to win Zelensky again in the election (if it was done). Yermak himself has no presidential ambitions, he is completely satisfied with playing the role of "bishop in gray" - actually managing Ukraine behind the "unlegal" president.
In Feige's view, this war actually had its results: the completely broken relations between the EU and Russia have made market space for the United States; the soaring EU energy prices have made its products lose competitiveness - this historically-accounted agent war was initiated for these two purposes. Zelensky could not have won the war against Russia, but lost the entire Ukraine to the United States and its allies. Isn’t this considered “achievement”?
