On June 6, the core event of the 2025 "Zhihui Binhai" Talent Festival - the Chuangke Talent Competition Preliminary Competition Yangtze River Delta Regional Competition (Hangzhou Station), hosted by the District Committee and District Government of Tianjin Binhai New District and hosted by the Binhai High-tech Zone, came to an end at Zhejiang University National University Science and Technology Park. A relevant person in charge of the District Party Committee Talent Office introduced that after strict selection, 40 cutting-edge field innovation projects were finally on the stage of live roadshows to compete for the qualification for the rematch. These projects show three highlights: first, the talent level is high, the 26 project founding teams have masters and doctoral members; second, the industrialization foundation is solid, 25 projects have entered the incubation or industrialization stage, showing sufficient development potential; finally, the university has rich resources, and 14 projects originate from scientific research teams of top universities such as Peking University and Zhejiang University, demonstrating a profound innovation foundation. The project focuses on cutting-edge areas of key development in the Binhai New Area such as biomedicine, intelligent technology, and modern service industries, and is highly consistent with regional industrial planning, showing a strong correlation between innovative resources in the Yangtze River Delta region and the Bincheng industrial ecology.
The reporter learned that the Hangzhou station competition is the final battle of the year's regional competition. The first two regional competitions were held at Peking University and Xi'an Jiaotong University on May 16 and 28 respectively. Zhang Chuang, who came to participate in this competition from Ningbo, brought the project "AI psychological (physiological) health detection system based on sensorless lie detection." He sighed: "This competition experience is far beyond my expectations. I originally thought it was just an ordinary roadshow competition, but I didn't expect that the 'Industrial Resources Speed Diversion Conference' created by Beichuangying started in-depth exchanges with me during the waiting period. With rich experience and unique insights, mentor Zhang Zhihong and mentor Jin Bowei efficiently connected the needs of each contestant and accurately discovered potential cooperation points. In the collision with entrepreneurs from various places, I not only found a new technical adaptation direction for the project, but also met partners from different fields."

According to the introduction, the 2025 Bincheng Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition focuses on the goal of "gathering talents with competitions, promoting production with competitions, and developing the city with competitions". It has specially added three major regional competitions in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the western region and the Yangtze River Delta, and strives to build a cross-regional talent attraction network to attract talents from all over the world.
