On June 4, the Shuanghe Municipal People's Government of the Fifth Division of the Xinjiang Corps announced the list of the first batch of market-oriented grid-connected new energy projects in 2025.
According to the disclosed information, the Fifth Division plans to include the 300,000-kilowatt wind power project in the first phase of Shuanghe, Xinjiang, into the market-based grid-connected project list, and submit it to the Corps Development and Reform Commission, and request it to be included in the list of market-based grid-connected projects. The list shows that the owner of the 300,000-kilowatt wind power project in Shuanghe Xinjiang Phase I is Shuanghe Zhongxin Green Accounting Energy Co., Ltd., which supports the new load.
According to incomplete statistics from Fengmang Energy, This year, the Third Division, the Fifth Division, the Eighth Division, the 12th Division and the 13th Division of the Xinjiang Corps have respectively announced the list of new energy projects to be included in the market-oriented grid-connected grid. The total scale of new energy is about 2.8GW, including 718.75MW of wind power and 2.1GW of photovoltaic.
In terms of owners, the consortium formed by China Energy Construction and Xinjiang Tianxi Guihe Cloud Computing Technology Co., Ltd. has the largest acquisition of new energy, with a scale of 1.5GW photovoltaics.
