On June 6, Shanxi Public Resources Trading Center released a major news: Changzhi Shangdang District Green Energy Logistics Co., Ltd. Railway Special Line Project officially launched EPC general contracting bidding. After the completion of this railway line with a total investment of approximately 2.853 billion yuan, it will become an important energy transportation channel in southeastern Shanxi and further improve the regional railway logistics network.
According to the bidding announcement, the project has been approved by the Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission (Jin Development and Reform Approval No. 237, [2023]), and the funds are composed of 20% of the self-raised capital (570.57 million yuan) of the enterprise and 80% of the bank loans. The project line leads out from the south throat of Huguan Station of Wari Railway, and crosses the Changgang dedicated line, Shizihe and Provincial Highway S225 to the south. After crossing Dongling, the transportation station is set up on the east side of Qiantumen Village. The total length of the project is about 17.41 kilometers (including 12.151 kilometers of the main line, 2.578 kilometers of the detachment line and 2.68 kilometers of the Huguan Station renovation), and conditions for connecting the south extension are reserved.
The project construction content covers a number of key projects: 2 new 3061.1-meter super bridges, 3 2706 square meters of frame bridges, and 1 4716-meter tunnel; supporting construction of 6265 square meters of housing facilities. Among them, Qiantumen Transportation Station will build a modern coal storage and transportation system, including coal storage, coal transportation and distribution stations, which will greatly improve the efficiency of coal transportation.
This tender adopts the EPC general contracting model, covering the full cycle of work from construction drawing design to warranty period, including three-electric relocation, track laying, communication signal system, power supply, completion acceptance and other full process construction content. The project spans Shangdang District and Huguan County, Changzhi City. After completion, it will effectively alleviate the pressure of regional road transportation and help Shanxi's coal and other bulk commodities to efficiently transport, which is of great significance to improving the layout of southeastern Shanxi logistics hubs and promoting regional economic development.
