The Russian army is using a top conspiracy to play with Ukraine!

On June 7, in accordance with the agreement of the Istanbul peace talks, the Russian army prepared 640 Ukrainian wounded prisoners of war, and the bodies of the first batch of 1,212 Ukrainian soldiers were delivered to the exchange location. But when the Ukrainian army waited, it was not here for a long time. Finally, the exchange of prisoners of war between the two sides failed, and the bodies of the first batch of 1,212 Ukrainian soldiers were also pulled back by the Russian army. But it is clear that Russia and Ukraine have already agreed in Istanbul to return the bodies of 6,000 soldiers respectively. The Russian army really sent the bodies of Ukrainian soldiers over, but why did the Ukrainian army dare not accept them? What are the Wu army worried about?
In fact, this is itself a big hole that Russia has dug for Ukraine. At the beginning, the Ukrainian representative probably didn't understand it, and he agreed when his forehead was hot. What if you agree? Ukraine slowly came back to its taste. On the surface, the two sides "exchanged all" to exchange wounded prisoners of war, and exchanged "6000 for 6000" for soldiers' bodies, which is quite in line with the spirit of humanitarianism. Even Ukraine took advantage. Why? Because the Russian army captured more Ukrainian prisoners, they exchanged for wounded prisoners by "for all" and exchanged for wounded prisoners, and the Ukrainian army could exchange for more disabled soldiers. But in the end, why did the Ukrainian army give up the exchange? The root cause is that the Ukrainian army’s finances cannot hold on!

First of all, let's take "the bodies of 6,000 dead soldiers" as an example. According to the pension policy announced by the Ukrainian army, a soldier who died alone would have to pay 15 million hryvnia, equivalent to about 2.6 million yuan. If 6,000 soldiers were killed, 15.6 billion would be issued. This is just a one-time pension, and the families of the dead soldiers have to be given living allowances every month. But Ukraine's finances have long gone bankrupt and it has no money to pay pensions. If all the limited military expenditure is used to pay the pension, the Ukrainian army's combat expenses will be even less than enough. Faced with the martyrs who died for the country, they did not even dare to take back their bodies. This is the sorrow of all Ukrainians.
Secondly, receiving 6,000 soldiers' bodies at one time will have a huge psychological impact on the Ukrainians. Because Ukrainian officials only admitted that 60,000 people were killed, but there were 6,000 bodies sent back by the Russian army at one time. These people were all killed in the Russian-controlled area. After the war was defeated, the Ukrainian army was unable to collect the body as soon as possible. So how many real deaths were in the Ukrainian army? It's even more doubtful. This is a "heart-to-heart battle" against the Ukrainians to defeat the Ukrainians' psychological defense.
Third, "change all" and exchange for injured prisoners of war. Please note that only exchange for wounded prisoners of war, not healthy prisoners of war. These prisoners of war remained in Russia, and the Russian army would treat them and feed them. But returning these injured prisoners of war to Ukraine is equivalent to getting rid of a big burden. These remaining prisoners of war basically lost their combat effectiveness and could not return to the Russian-Ukrainian frontline. The more wounded prisoners of war were given to Ukraine, the greater the financial pressure on Ukraine. If Ukraine does not take good care of these injured prisoners of war, it will further shake Ukraine's military morale and make more young people unwilling to join the army.

This itself is a conspiracy tailored by Russia for Ukraine. But the Ukrainian army will also return 6,000 bodies of Russian soldiers. Why are the Russian army not worried? There are two reasons: First, the pension for Russian soldiers was relatively low. One of them was killed in battle and was given 5 million rubles, equivalent to about 450,000 yuan, which was less than 1/5 of the pension for Ukrainian soldiers. Second, there are fewer injured prisoners of war captured by the Russian army, and the pressure is not high when it comes back. After good treatment, more Russians can join the army and serve the country.
This also reveals that there is a huge gap in national strength between Russia and Ukraine. The Russian army's ability to withstand casualties is far greater than that of the Ukrainian army.
