Master Kang (Chongqing) Convenience Food Co., Ltd. has failed to strictly implement the main responsibility for production safety, failed to properly supervise and educate practitioners to use labor protection supplies, resulting in an accident. His behavior violates the provisions of Article 45, Paragraph 1 of the "Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China".
