On June 9, @Ser Education issued a notice: Previously, our company staff member Liu Yang said he was sick and missed classes on vacation, and raised his demands for a rise in his historical annual salary, and then unilaterally posted a message on the online media that he was forced to resign. Liu Yang further proposed arbitration against our company to the Arbitration Committee. Our company believes that the news released by Liu Yang is false, and seriously misleads the public's perception and depreciates our company's reputation, but we handle it in the spirit of not hyping public opinion but respecting the law.
Today, we received a ruling made by the Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Committee of Chaoyang District, Beijing, and rejected all of Liu Yang's arbitration requests in accordance with the law. We apologize again to the Ser Student who was affected by the Liu Yang incident and sincerely thank the students for their support and trust in us. We will continue to work hard to protect everyone's study and exam preparation.
