Recently, Baixiang has been caught in a "mostly" trademark dispute storm. On the evening of June 6, a reporter from Nandu learned from Baixiang Food that the original "most-family" series of products of Baixiang were renamed "120 grams of flour cakes" and the original "most-family" series of products were renamed "110 grams of flour cakes", and the production of original packaging products will be stopped within this month. Nandu previously reported that the agency responsible for handling "mostly" trademarks said, "Baixiang registered this trademark earlier, and it is difficult to apply for such trademarks now."

The original "main" series products were renamed "120 grams of flour cakes" and the original "more half" series products were renamed "110 grams of flour cakes" from now on. The original packaging products will be stopped from being produced within this month, and the "main" and "more half" product names will be terminated in the future.
Nandu previously reported that on June 5, a staff member of Henan Zhiyi Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Henan Zhiyi Company", an agency responsible for handling "mostly" trademarks, told Nandu reporters that "Baixiang registered this trademark early and has been fighting for it during this period. It is difficult to apply for such trademarks now, such as "local pigs only applying for one "local". "
According to China Trademark Network, Baixiang Food's application for "mostly" trademark can be traced back to September 2018. The trademark process details show that the trademark went through multiple links such as rejection, review, re-apply, and defense, and was finally successfully registered. The agency is Beijing Jijia Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd., which is similar to the "mostly" trademark pattern that has been controversial recently, and the latter is under the responsibility of Henan Zhiyi Company.
