This conference is hosted by the Wuhan Municipal People's Government and the Hubei Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, and co-organized by the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center, the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, and the Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone Management Committee.
The conference is themed "Huijujiang City, Digital and Intelligent Pilot" and has set up 1 main forum, 6 sub-forums and 1 software interactive market. The interactive market displays abstract software and cold code in a more interesting and warm way, and participants can explore, check in and interact in the market.
Wuhan Future Science and Technology City
The conference has outstanding highlights. For example, the six central provinces and capital cities will jointly sign a cooperation agreement for industrial software testing; they will fully embrace artificial intelligence, and will explore the role, effectiveness and prospects of artificial intelligence in reshaping the software industry ecology in multiple dimensions; and set up the industrial software Yujiashan Forum for the first time to showcase the innovation heritage and strength of industrial software based on Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
In recent years, Wuhan's software industry has maintained a strong growth momentum, and is focusing on deepening the construction of an open source innovation system, focusing on the development of industrial software, basic software and other advantageous areas. At the same time, it is focusing on cultivating three characteristic industrial fields, and accelerating the creation of the core hinterland of the domestic network security industry, an important base in the national earth space information industry, and a highland for innovation in intelligent automobile software.
In 2024, Wuhan's software industry revenue exceeded 350 billion yuan, ranking first among the 14 famous software cities in China for three consecutive years. In the first quarter of this year, Wuhan's software industry revenue increased by 15.08% year-on-year, leading the country in growth rate.

The overall scale of the software industry in Donghu Hi-tech Zone accounts for more than 65% of the city. According to a relevant person in charge of Donghu Hi-tech Zone, since this year, Donghu Hi-tech Zone has promoted the comprehensive upgrading of software industry policies and updated and issued the "Four Software Regulations".
Optical Valley is accelerating the layout of emerging software fields, focusing on "AI driver" and "open source driver" and increasing support for AI big models and open source ecological construction. Among them, in terms of AI, the large-scale benchmark enterprises support up to 50 million yuan; in terms of open source, all-round rewards are given around the "five elements" of open source products, open source platforms, open source software, open source hardware, and open source applications, up to 30 million yuan.
At the same time, the amount of support for Optics Valley has been upgraded again. According to the needs of industrial development, a number of candidates and key special clauses have been set up to select major industrial cluster projects, with the maximum support amount of 100 million yuan.
Donghu Hi-tech Zone is the only high-tech zone in the country that has incubated leading domestic operating systems and database enterprises at the same time. It is making every effort to build a series of platforms such as the joint innovation platform of semiconductor industry software, Hongmeng Ecology (Wuhan) Innovation Center. At the same time, Optics Valley has gathered more than 400,000 software R&D personnel, and has gradually formed a "10,000-person" R&D center represented by Huawei's Wuhan Research Institute, as well as N thousands-person R&D centers represented by Xiaomi, Kingsoft, Hikvision, Xiaohongshu, Ruantong, etc.
