Yan Longhu emphasized, Key urban construction projects are major people's livelihood projects and people's hearts projects, which are related to the quality of the city and the vital interests of the people. All levels and departments must firmly establish the concept of "big city construction", adhere to high-level planning, high-quality construction, and refined management, and comprehensively improve the modernization level of urban construction management. We must focus on the concerns and expectations of the people, put in a lot of effort to continuously improve the level of public services, gradually improve urban functions, improve urban quality, and continuously enhance the people's sense of gain, happiness and security. We must establish an awareness of efficiency, focus on goals, tasks and time nodes, organize construction forces scientifically, take practical and hard measures, and make every effort to accelerate the progress of project construction.
