Friends who follow me know that after the closing yesterday, my prediction of today's market trend was that there was an upward acceleration positive line today. It seems that my judgment has been completely sniped by the main force. The market has come out of the completely opposite trend I expected. After winning 5 games in a row, the veteran suffered his first defeat today.

Back to the point of the problem, today is such a long lower shadow line with a bottom-up and rebounding negative line. Does it represent the beginning of adjustment? How to interpret the market next? I would like to interpret today's negative line from three aspects: First, although there was a significant decline in the trading session today, it eventually left a relatively obvious lower shadow line, and with the significant increase in trading volume, I personally believe that during the market decline today, the main force showed a relatively obvious ability to take over. There is no physical large negative line in the market that starts from beginning to end. So today's lower shadow line and the lower shadow line with volume represent the market, and may still be in a bullish trend.
Second, the lowest point of the market today is 3365 points. Judging from the 60-minute level of the Shanghai Composite Index, it is the neckline position with a small double bottom of the 60-minute level. The point at the 60-minute level small double bottom neckline is 3368 points. Theoretically, today is a confirmation of the retracement after breaking through the small double bottom neckline. If so, the index is expected to rise again tomorrow.

Third, if the rise will resume immediately tomorrow, then it is judged that the market index will enter the main upward trend in the short term. Today's bottoming out and rebound trend is likely to become a real turning point node in the market. Or the market will enter the adjustment band from then on. Or the market will enter the main upward stage from then on. And I personally think that the possibility of the market recovering immediately tomorrow is still relatively high.
Today's closing reviews talk about this. Overall, for the dive this afternoon, I personally tend to be a short-term main force washing the market, just a false alarm.
