Yu Chengdong emphasized that shooting large lights like flames is extremely difficult than scenes, and flames are prone to overexposed and lost details. However, the flame videos shot by the Pura 80 series are amazing - the highlights are not exposed, accurately restoring the layering of the flames. This intuitively demonstrates the powerful imaging skills of the new machine.
According to reports, such powerful video capabilities are core from Siteway SC5A0CS sensor. This domestic 50-megapixel one-inch super large bottom main camera, first launched by Pura 80 Ultra, is the strongest one-inch in the industry. Its killer weapon lies in: the super large bottom and RYYB filter array, which significantly improves the dark light capture capability and achieves the effect of a "night vision device"; and the ultra-large dynamic range. It is officially claimed that it is far superior to Sony's one-inch competitors, which can retain more picture details and improve layering and color accuracy.
In practical applications, the advantages of SC5A0CS are very obvious. Faced with typical high-light ratio scenarios (such as backlight, indoor and outdoor under direct light), ordinary sensors often cause overexposure of bright parts to lose details or underexposure of dark parts to be dark.
