On June 10, the reporter learned from Hunan Water Transportation Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. that recently, the Lishui Shimen to Li County waterway construction project (referred to as the "Shili Waterway Project") has ushered in new progress - the Yanzhou Hub Ship Lock Project, the key control project of the project, completed concrete pouring, metal structure installation and herringbone debugging, as well as electrical structure installation and debugging, and decoration and decoration. A total of 308,600 cubic meters of concrete were poured, and the total steel bar safety was 12,000 tons, and the conditions for delivery and acceptance were met.

It is reported that the civil engineering project of Yanzhou Hub ship lock mainly includes upper and lower gate heads, gate chamber walls, upstream and downstream navigation walls, maintenance door warehouses, ship piers, pilot road bottom protection, etc. The upper and lower gate heads are both reinforced concrete integral structures. The gate chamber adopts a separate gate chamber bottom plate and a gravity gate wall. The effective size is 280 meters × 34m meters × 4.5 meters (length × width × threshold water depth). After the lock is completed, the annual pass capacity can reach 24.2 million tons. During the construction of the ship lock, the project construction team overcomes difficulties and actively explores and promotes technological innovation in ship lock construction, summarizes and organizes advanced construction technologies and methods such as "large-scale concrete prefabricated box cofferdam construction method without bottom cover" and "the second phase concrete pouring and forming construction method of the second phase of concrete in the lock floating column trough" to promote the improvement of the overall construction quality of the lock.

The Shili Waterway Project is a key construction project for water transportation in the Ministry of Transport and Hunan Province in the 14th Five-Year Plan, with an approved estimate of 3.692 billion yuan. The main construction content of the project is to renovate the 51 kilometers of the Lishui Shimen to Lixian waterway according to the 1,000-ton standard, build one Qingshan Hub and one Yanzhou Hub ship lock according to the 2,000-ton standard, rebuild the Left Discharge Gate of Qingshan Hub, rebuild the Yanzhou Power Station, rebuild the Yanzhou Hub water drain gate, etc. Among them, the Qingshan Hub Project has completed the acceptance of the work at the beginning of this year.
As of the end of May this year, the Shili Channel project completed an investment of 172 million yuan this year, accounting for 53.86% of the annual plan.
