Good news

The project has made significant progress
May 28Early morning1:00, in Hulan District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, with the smooth pouring and successful integration of the last concrete, marking the completion of the continuous beams of the longest bridge of the cross-national highway of the Harbin-Ice High-speed Railway (Harbin to Tieli Section), the longest bridge of the National Highway 222 Super Bridge, which provided favorable conditions for opening up key channels for beam laying and promoting the construction of the rail laying project.

The National Highway 222 Super Bridge, constructed by China Railway Shanghai Engineering BureauThe total length is 35.41 kilometers is a key and difficult control project of the Harbin-Iraq High-speed Railway (Harbin to Tieli section). The continuous beam of this dragon is 144 meters long and is on the key line of the beam rig. The construction was constructed using the stent cast-in-place method, and the total concrete volume reached 2,047 cubic meters.
Because the construction site of the continuous beam of the super bridge is located at the intersection of village and town traffic roads, dense residential areas in villages and towns, and flood control and drainage, it is difficult to organize and coordinate, has high safety risks, and the construction process is cumbersome. The construction team adopts a modular bracket design to improve construction efficiency and simultaneously utilizes intelligent monitoring and control technology to ensure the overall stability of the detailed structure of the bridge. Various practical technologies such as fully automatic intelligent tensioning and grouting equipment, beam body spraying and maintenance equipment, etc. are used in each section to improve the standardized operation level on site, effectively ensuring the smooth integration of the continuous beam and the orderly advancement of the project construction nodes.

After the entire Harbin-Iran high-speed railway is completed and opened to traffic, the operating time of the Harbin-Yichun passenger train will be shortened from the current 7 hours to about 2 hours, forming a "one-hour and two-hour" transportation circle centered on Harbin, and continue to inject new vitality into local economic development and Northeast revitalization.
